When you see the word blessed; what are the first 5 things that come to mind? Is it cars, money, or clothes; within the 5 you had on your mind?
What is your definition of blessed or blessing? Let’s take a look at what the Internet says:
BLESSED
: having a sacred nature : connected with God
: very welcome, pleasant, or appreciated

BLESSING
: approval that allows or helps you to do something
: help and approval from God
: something that helps you or brings happiness

Blessed? Blessing? Which do you prefer? Both of them come with pretty good benefits I would say; there would be no complaints from me!
There is a difference though; do you see it? You can be blessed; you can have all that life has to offer but kingdom says that we are always to be a blessing! Yes? Do you agree?
When our Heavenly Father blessed us with gifts and talents they weren’t/aren’t only for our benefit; but for the benefits of others as well! Matthew 25:24-25 says this “24 Then he who had received the one talent came and said, ‘Lord, I knew you to be a hard man, reaping where you have not sown, and gathering where you have not scattered seed. 25 And I was afraid, and went and hid your talent in the ground. Look, there you have what is yours.” (NKJV: Bible Gateway)
Have you read this parable in the Bible before? If so, then you know that the one that stored away what he was given; was stripped of it! And it was given to another that knew what to do with it!
Just think about this:
What have you been blessed with; that you are stashing away?
Is it yours to run and hide with?
Who are you hurting by doing this?
There is someone that you can help with that blessing; you are harboring?
Will you release it or will you lose it?
You have a choice; choose wisely.
